The 4-dimensional person has a 3-dimensional retina in each of its 2 eyes (two eyes suffice for depth perception, even in 4D).

Any of the two-dimensional projections is still a Latin hypercube design with the same p15 points (although, for this particular case, the x 1 x 2 projection is the best in terms of space lling). Figure 3(a) illustrates the case of a Latin hypercube design with d3 dimensions and p15 points. Since 1981, his realtime rotation programs of four-dimensional figures have been useful for obtaining an intuitive feel for four-dimensional space, and quasicrystal space. Latin hypercube samples are non-collapsing. Robbin is a pioneer in the computer visualization of four-dimensional geometry. Robbin is the author of four books: Fourfield: Computers, Art, & the 4th Dimension (1992 ), Engineering A New Architecture, (1996), Shadows of Reality (2006) and Mood Swings A Painters Life (2011), an autobiography. Robbin was granted a patent for the application of quasicrystal geometry to architecture, and has implemented this geometry for a large-scale architectural sculpture at the Danish Technical University in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, as well as one for the city of Jacksonville, Florida. The tesseract is also called an 8-cell, C8, (regular) octachoron, octahedroid,2cubic prism, and tetracube. Of course Flatlanders can only see the slices of this object in their universe, sometimes a square, other times a rectangle or a rhombus or, most surprisingly, a hexagon.
The tesseract is one of the six convex regular 4-polytopes. cube with its center fixed in their plane as it rotates continually in three-space. Robbin has had over 25 solo exhibitions of his painting and sculpture since his debut at the Whitney Museum of American Art in 1974, and has been included in over 100 Just as the surface of the cube consists of six square faces, the hypersurfaceof the tesseract consists of eight cubical cells. He is considered part of the Pattern and Decoration (P&D) art movement. Tony Robbin (born November 24, 1943, in Washington, DC) is an American artist and author, who works with painting, sculpture and computer visualizations.
